Production of ethanolamines is carried out on the territory of two industrial complexes.
In 2001, a new production of ethanolamines was commissioned. The technology is based on the interaction of ethylene oxide and ammonia under conditions of a continuous autocatalytic process (anhydrous technology).
The process is characterized by low energy intensity and controlled selectivity of obtaining finished products. In 2010, as a result of the technological upgrade, the design capacity of production was doubled and a new plant for the production of pure triethanolamine containing the main substance of more than 99% and a chromaticity of up to 50 units on the Khazen scale.
To date, all the products (MEA, DEA, TEA), manufactured by Workshop No. 1 produces meet world standards.
The licensor of the industrial technology for the production of ethanolamines is ЗАО «Himtek Engeneering» , whose copyright is protected by RF patents Nos. 2141475 and No. 2162461.
The Workshop No. 2 is operating since 1948 when the first periodic production of ethanolamines by the water-carbonate method was started in the USSR (Russia) with a design capacity of 1100 tons per year. Today, thanks to the work on intensification of production, the technology is continuous, and the production of ethanolamines has increased by a factor of 10. Let out production meets modern requirements of quality.
The section for the production of oxyethylated products (OP) was put into operation in 1952. The technological scheme of the plant allows the production of various surfactants to solve various problems of the national economy: inhibitors, wetting agents, demulsifiers based on alkylphenols and other detergents.
In 2015 we launched a new generation of hydrogen sulphide absorbers under the brand name «Triasorb». hey are distinguished by a complete lack of free formaldehyde. Production with a total capacity of over 10,000 tons / year is intended to produce aqueous solutions of hexahydro-1,3,5-tris (hydroxyethyl)-s-triazine, a monoethanolamine derivative, and hexahydro-1,3,5-trimethyl -s-triazine, a methylamine derivative. These chemical absorbents are designed for the irreversible binding of hydrogen sulphide and light mercaptans when used in natural gas, gas condensate and liquid hydrocarbon
The Workshop manufactures oxyethylated esters, amides ( Syntamide-5K ), and polyethers of ethoxylated methyl alcohol.
